• Research of vibration binding properties of materials (solid materials, liquids, gas). Identification of geomaterials, synthetic materials, organic compounds, pigments, semi-conductors. Identification of H2O and OH in specimens, proving authenticity of rare stones, structural characteristics of minerals, microscopic objects from 2 µm.

Research infrastructure/service category

• LabRam HR 800 Raman microprobe (Horiba Jobin-Yvon) – non-destructive microanalysis with resolution 1-2 μm laterally 1,5 μm in-depth. Equipped with optical petrographic microscope Olympus BX51 with long working distance objective lenses 5, 10, 50, 100x, working stage.
